1. Before Checkout Page, you’ll be required to create an account — this ensures your order is saved and can be claimed anytime.

Once your account is created, you'll check out securely through Shopify, with our payment processing powered by Stripe.

During checkout, Shopify will collect your full name and address — this is required for secure online payment.

• After payment is completed through Our payment process, our system will automatically detect your order and begin processing it ready to claim.

Just head to My Account > Orders — you’ll see a clear UI to help you easily claim your order, You’ll be asked to confirm your in-game username to help keep the transaction safe and smooth. ✅

Your orders will always be saved under the email you used to register, ready to claim at any time.

• After purchasing, you’ll be asked to confirm your in-game username on the Your Orders page to proceed with delivery.
  
  Once confirmed, simply follow the manual delivery instructions to claim your order — including joining our Discord Server and submitting your Order ID.

• Your items will be delivered instantly by
  our system right after purchase — no delay, fully automated.

📦 Manual Delivery:

1. After completing your purchase, go to the Your Orders page to confirm your in-game username for delivery.
2. Once your username is confirmed, copy your Order ID and click Details.
   
   There, you’ll find a button to join our Discord server.
3. Inside the server, you’ll submit your Order ID, and one of our staff will manually deliver your items.

The pending charge usually disappears within a few hours, depending on your bank’s policy.

Your card provider requires us to collect your billing address and full name in order to process your payment securely.

This is a standard part of online purchases and helps prevent fraudulent transactions.
