Refunds

We offer a 48-hour delivery guarantee. If you do not claim your item(s) within 48 hours of purchase, your order will be automatically refunded.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases or if the wrong item is purchased.

Items that have already been claimed are not eligible for refund or exchange, as the delivery was already made.
